The Studio
Bad Kids Games was founded in 2025 by Joshua Tulloch, an award-winning game developer and software developer with previous clients including Technicolor, Google, Accenture, and Mobile Premier League.
Bad Kids was born from a simple frustration: too many games feel like they were designed by a committee. Somewhere along the way, originality gets traded for marketability, weird ideas get cut because they're too risky, and developers are told to make what already works.
We don't want to do that.
We make games because we're obsessed with the craft — the atmosphere, the technology, the little details, and the moments that stick with you long after you put the controller down. We like strange ideas, uncomfortable stories, ambitious systems, and games that feel like someone actually had something to say.
We're independent by choice. We're small because we want to stay close to the work. And we're building the kinds of games we actually want to play — not the games a spreadsheet says will sell.
Bad Kids Games is still young. But the goal has never been to simply make games.
It's to make the games nobody else would let us make.
